Aloha Parents & Junior Sailors! We will attempt to help you set up your child's Clubspot account or renew a membership for the 2023 HYSA sailing season. Please allow up to 10 minutes to complete a new membership. Previous 2022 members, who plan on renewing their membership, could take less than five minutes to complete their registration.
HYSA sailing season begins every year on December 1st and continues to November 30th of the following year. Membership includes a free HYSA Tech Shirt. HYSA junior sailors include sailors under 23 years of age on the day of the regatta. Membership is open to all youth sailors regardless of yacht club affiliation.
Annual dues = $25
HYSA membership is required to participate in HYSA-sponsored and sanctioned events including but not limited to HYSA #1-6 O'pen Skiff, El Toro, and Laser regatta series, all HYSA Clinics, and special events. The calendar should be updated by mid-December.
Clubspot for new HYSA sailors:
Create a Clubspot account in your/parent's name. Alternatively, a junior sailor can create their own Clubspot account using their email or mobile number as a Log-in.

Log-out.
After you created a Clubspot account, click here to register for a new 2023 HYSA Membership. You may be prompted to log-in to your Clubspot account to continue to register for your first HYSA membership. Click "Create a new membership", choose a Category, Plan, and Start Date of Dec. 1, 2022, then continue to complete the required fields and purchase.
If you have a another child(ren) registering a new memberhip, do step #3 all over again. You will be asked to log-in to your Clubspot account. You will NOT need to create another Clubspot account for your other child(ren).

Previous 2022 HYSA Members
Existing 2022 HYSA members will use the same link, you might see either the image above or below. Click on "Renew an existing membership" or "Renew membership". Click on "Click to Edit Category/Plan", then choose Category, then Plan, and if listed, click on Start Date of Dec. 1, 2022, otherwise that piece should be automatic. Please edit and update your child's profile prior to purchasing a renewal membership.
If you have a second or third child NEW to HYSA, then you would need to "Create a new membership" for each sailor.
